Fiber Laser Cleaning – An Entirely Chemical-Free Process
So many different cleaning techniques are limited by one of two factors; either they require harsh chemicals to work, or they require direct physical contact with the object in question. Chemical cleaning is problematic for ecological reasons, while any approach which requires direct contact can cause damage to potentially fragile materials.
In terms of alleviating both of these issues, fiber laser cleaning is the obvious choice. It is no surprise to see it being adopted to restore and maintain a wide variety of objects, from mechanical components to works of art.
So how does fiber laser cleaning work and what useful applications can it achieve that chemical equivalents cannot?
Versatile cleaning capabilities
As fiber lasers can be precisely controlled for a variety of applications, it makes sense that they are similarly adaptable for cleaning purposes.
Secondly, if a deeper clean is necessary, a fiber laser can be used to completely ablate the top layer of the material itself, exposing the untainted layer beneath.
This versatility means that it can take on cleaning duties across a wide range of materials, including those with textured surfaces which could not withstand alternative methods involving chemicals or physical contact of any kind. Add to that the other advantages such as its speed, efficiency and repeatability and it quickly becomes obvious why this is preferable in a cavalcade of industrial and manufacturing settings.

● Galvanometer speed
The mirror swing speed is adjustable. The X mirror is 50HZ at the fastest and 50/30 per gear. The Y mirror is 200HZ at the fastest and 200/30 per gear.
● Laser frequency
Laser pulse frequency, 1K-200K optional.
● Laser power
Laser output power can be adjusted from 1 to 100.
● Laser pulse width
Use it while using an adjustable pulse width laser machine
● Graphic length (laser pattern is square)
The length of the laser beam. The maximum length is 120MM, and the length can be adjusted freely within the 0-120mm range.
● Graphic width (laser pattern is square)
The width is up to 4MM, and the width can be adjusted freely within the 0-40mm range.
● Filling pitch
The distance between lasers while cleaning with a circular laser.
● Opening delay and closing delay
When the laser galvanometer speed is too fast and the graphic length is too long, the ideal effect can be achieved by setting the switching light delay.
● Outer circle radius (laser pattern is a ring)
The max. outer radius of the graphic outer circle is 40 mm, and the radius can be adjusted during the circular size. When the graph is circular, the inner circle radius is set to 0.
● Inner circle radius (laser pattern is a ring)
The figure is a ring, and the radius of the inner circle can be set up to 40MM (but not larger than the radius of the outer circle). In this range, the radius can be adjusted to change the ring size.
While parameters were set in the interface. If you enable this set of parameters, click Application.
After setting the parameters in the interface, remember to click “Save” to save the parameters for the next direct use.
● Red light
When the button is pressed, the red button turns red and the red light comes out. Press again and the red button will return to gray and turn off the red light.
Laser light button, press the button, the laser light comes out. If the red light is emitted at this time, the laser will be forced out. Press the laser button again to turn off the laser light and the button will return to gray.
Mode selection, you can save nine sets of data. Click on the number on the left side of the mode, you can select the set mode parameters freely, click on the application. Remember to save the data after the parameter wat set in each interface.
